3rd - 6th Grades School Program

Engage your students in life of the Nelson Family of Oskaloosa as they explore the activities and experiences that William, Barbara, James, John, Martha and Sarah enjoyed living in rural Iowa between 1843 and 1870.

Use their knowledge of science, technology, engineering and math when they experience and understand that farming was and is more than putting seeds in dirt.

The program will challenge, involve and engage our students as they explore and understand old things in a new way.

The 2.5 hour program involves 5 stations. Please select from the list below.

Time in the gift shop should be planned for after the programmed visit.
